Our story begins in the modest home of a Bengali schoolteacher, an immigrant in post-partition Bengal, with no electricity but with shelves adorned with Tagore’s works. The wisdom of those books illuminated the lives of his four children, guiding them from humble roots to academic and personal success. Now, TagoreBox seeks to share this light worldwide. Our mission extends beyond sales. Through partnerships with library societies, we ensure that for every book purchased, we can provide books to homes where the desire for knowledge exists but resources are limited. In a world where Bengali heritage reaches far and wide, we bring Tagore’s legacy to migrant workers and students, keeping the Bengali language alive wherever it may fade.
